Cylinder bore removal help.

Bike is a 72 kawi h2, gotta send the bores and heads out for machine work. Thing is the two outer bores don't want to come off. There is a bit of play in each of them, I know they are not seized on (neither are the pistons in the bores). I've been taping on them with a rubber mallet, using pieces of thin metal/ wood/ plastic to pry without damaging but no luck yet. I can see a bit of a gap freeing up on both of them but have not gotten beyond that. I have sprayed penetrating oil in the head bolt holes and around the block to bore area. Still no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.

Just keep at it, wiggling and gently prying. Try heat.
Persistence pays off.

try adding heat w a torch to cyls till they get nice n warm..just did that the other day to a well stuck h2 engine..
you are close if the cyls are moving
