DCC "Cafe" Seat - light options

I am looking to see what others have done for lights on their upholstered café seat.

I was thinking a cat eye shaped LED light would look nice under it, but it is hard to tell which one would fit the shape the best.

I don't need turn signals and plan to mount the plate under the light.

here is a pick of the type of seat I have.

If you plan to have your subframe loop follow the contour of the seat by rising with the back of that seat, you can put a flexible LED brake light strip a la Cognito frame loop. https://cognitomoto.com/collections/frame/products/integrated-led-frame-loops

Yeah, those loops are cool. I was going to do that on the cb360 I made but I made a mistake and the loop wasn't lined up with the tail so I mounted the flexible LED under the tail.

I want to do something different on this bike. And the frame isn't going to have a loop. I either want a cat eye light under the seat or two LED tails in the frame ends.


The problem is trying to find a LED that matches the seat contour.

not to hijack, where are you in Ohio? I'm in the canton area.

I mounted my light under my tail cowl. Not exactly the seat but similar. I'll post a photo when I get home in a couple days.
