Disc brake size chart?

New project and Im looking to adapt a front end off a 2000 yamaha R6 to my Moto Guzzi 850T3. It looks like it will work well if i can find brake discs that are close. here are the sizes i need: 300mm dia 80mm ID, aprox 20mm offset, 6 holes with 101mm BC. Is there a chart of discs somewhere that lists sizes? If i can get close, i can modify or adapt.

When I was searching for rotors on my fork swap project I did it on ebay and contacted the sellers for some specifics. Most are pretty helpful if you explain what you’re doing.
