Do I Need a New Rectifier?

Been Around the Block
I've nearly finished my 68 CB 350 build http://www.dotheton.com/forum/index.php?topic=51409.0. The last major issue is the battery isn't charging. I've gone through this sticky (http://www.dotheton.com/forum/index.php?topic=48646.0) on troubleshooting charging systems, and according to this I think the issue is rectifier.

I started by trickle charging the battery. It charged up to 13 volts, and held over twelve volts for several days. I assume that's fine. I also left it hooked up to the harness for a couple of days. The charge held.

Next I tested the stator. The continuity was good and, and it was pushing plenty of AC. However, while running and testing the voltage at the battery, I'm only getting 10 volts. Even revving to 5k RPMs, the voltage doesn't move at all.

I tested the rectifier next, by connecting my volt meter to the red and white wire coming out of the top, and grounding to the frame. I'm also only getting 10 volts there, but I'm also getting a measurable amount of AC current.

Is it safe to assume that the rectifier is gone, or should I also test the regulator? If it is gone should I replace the rectifier with the stock Honda rectifier, or go with something new?

I would fit a newer regulator rectifier.
They are way more efficient than the old selenium ones

Look for SparckMoto, he's on here doing 360 parts.

Thanks crazypj. He's got some great stuff on his site. Placing an order now.
Jramos13, that sounds like a great option, but for a couple of bucks more, I think the products at SparckMoto are a better option for me.
