The following was posted over on the Australian CX forum tonight. This guy is a reputable member of our group and if he's gotten to the point where he's posting this then the seller must be pretty bad.
Well fellow CXian's,
I have been stitched up by: Peakmoto-Powersports USA.
I feel compelled to let everybody know about a recent dealings with an EBay seller claiming to have CX Honda parts.
I was after a couple of valves for a head as I knew I needed them over the Xmas period for a job I was doing.
They arrived as normal from the states and it wasn't till I went to fit them I found out they were not anything like the ones I had fitted and running.
So I contacted the seller and told him they were not the original valves or would fit my bike, to be told by him in a return email that they are the correct ones used by Honda CX's and I must have a differant model........?
(At this stage I think with all that I have collected I know what I'm talking about here)
So I took a photo of the two sets of valves which clearly shows the difference and requested an email address to send the photo's too to show him.
Next I got an email saying that there not open over the Xmas - New Year break and they would get back to me soon.
Well they haven't gotten back to me so I lodged a complaint on eBay against this seller.
Guess what...... It's been over 45 days since the original sale (not allowing for shipping to Australia from USA) and the dispute was dismissed.
So I've lodged a complaint against the dismissed dispute and will now let everybody know who he is and not to use him as he is dishonest.
