Only place I really didn't get to check out though was the ace corner, which was a bummer. Oh well, I plan on bringing a bike and camping out next year. Guess I'll see y'all then.
You better hang out next year. ;)

The last two years I've read through these threads jealous. Can't wait to make the trip. Gonna have to be a full vacation for me though considering then 30+ hours of driving. Cheers to all of you bringing a physical presence to the online community we all benefit from.

I am in the same boat as you AB, one day I will make the trip, might be 10 or so years but one day....

All c'mon, I bet Maritime can attest to the pleasure of riding over a thousand miles looking at albino tigers fucking.

Damn, we should have put cougars on there instead of tigers. I bet cougars would have made the cut.
Are we talking about cougars again, Jenn? ;)

A huge thanks to Kiley and Denise and Jared and Melissa for the 'bama hospitality and another incredible Mama Tried weekend. You guys are the best!

The Gremlin Bell got us home safely without further incident.

Can't wait to see everyone next time.

What a great time at Barber, my friend Ron won the tracker class at Ace Corner. Had a great time watching the slow race in campsite C.

If only we put the bell on BEFORE loading....DOH!

I had another amazing time at the Barber Vintage Festival. but as usual the best part was at Kiley & Denise's and Jared and Melissa's. 8)
Had I known I had to get on stage, I would have been harder to "volunteer" to judge the Ace Corner Bike Show. :-[ I did enjoy meeting one of my fellow judges, who also judged at at little show called "Pebble Beach".

As all of you know, Christine has had her ups and downs, mostly ups recently. She hit her fastest speed yet over the weekend's "spirited" rides…… and vibrated the negative terminal completely out. Quick 15 minute fix and we were ready to go again!

Total mileage for the trip 5616 km or 3369 miles, I am tired, sore but man it was worth it. Huge thanks to Kiley, Denise, Jared and Melissa for hosting, food, fun, I like the bike show, but I love the people. Big thanks to Redbird for the show tickets and staying to chat after his shift at the Ace corner gate was over, made my shift fly by. Also to Tim and DTT for the gas money help, the lunches and just for starting this whole damn thing. I will be recovering for days but I will be happy for much longer. Already planning for next year, if I end up riding, I will take 3 days both ways, but I hope to have the $ to fly and maybe borrow a ride when I get there.

Miss all Y'all already! oh and the tigers kept me company on the ride home and my son wants to put the sticker on the wheeler after we paint it so will live on!
