Track Day.....more fun than humans should be allowed! 8) As Drewski says....count on us to attend! Man I hope enough people show interest.
 
It looks like my SIL is going to be attending with me this year. 8)
I am in the process of bringing him over from the quad-side. ;)

OK. Just got through talking with the folks at Talladega Grand Prix. The bad news is Thursday before Barbers is already booked by Honda. The Wednesday before is open as well as the Friday of and the Monday following the weekend. The total price will be $2,500 so if we can get 20 people to commit it will be $135 per person. I know since Thursday is out of the question it will be harder for everyone to make one of the other days but if there is enough of you guys that still want/can do it I will get it scheduled. Or maybe next year we can get it reserved earlier. Let me know what you all want to do. Jared.
 
Jared, I think the monday would be good as a lot fo folks may be able to do a morning track day then hit the road? I also would do the Friday of Barber maybe too? I unfortunatley cannot commit yet as I still don't know if I am flying, driving or riding. I am pretty sure I am going to be there whatever it takes but whether I have a bike will be in question.

Like the sounds of the Monday as well at Talledega. We'll see what the Ontario guys think also, would be a blast. Steve and I plan to have our CB400F's at Barber to "challenge" Kiley (heh,heh). if anyone can get him off the R90S and focused back on the little bike!!
 
Monday could possiby work for the TDot Crew. :D Keep us in-the-loop. 8)
 
Im afraid Friday would be the only day that would work for me. We will be getting in thursday sometime and leaving Sunday sometime.

This would be great.
Looks like several from the Toronto area would like to go and most of the long distance travelers seem to prefer the Monday after Barber as schedules are limited.

I'm open for whatever you pick.

So - some news from my end. I've been booked for some off-site work on Oct 8/9 (Wed/Thu) which I can't get out of. So, there's no way for me to ride / drive down in time.

I'm looking at flights from Toronto to Birmingham and then rental car or something. Ugh. But better than not coming.
 
Tim I am sure we can scrounge up a loaner bike for you to use. Also don't worry about a rental car, we've got you covered.

You may have to settle from your Beemer to a CB400f though :eek:
