DO THE TON - Represent! - 2009 Barber Cafe Bike Show

I will be there, sportin the RCC swag and bringing two bikes, and if someone sends me some DTT threads I will rock those too

I went last year. It is lots of fun. The only problem is figuring out what to do because there is so much to take in. It is definitely worth the trip no matter how far you are. The museum alone is worth the trip, not to mention the racing. Where else can you see 100 year old motorcycles racing?

Okay so I'm still in! The wife won't be going though... :(
My situation here has become more complicated. My wife's ex-Father-in-Law had a pacemaker installed last week and he needs a driver! he's got 2 or 3 spots at the swap meet. So it'll be slightly awkward, but it's the only way I'm going to be able to go. He's got a museum at the back of his property with an unknown number of vintage bikes, so he's a pretty cool cat. When I bought my 750 he tried like crazy to trade me a 750a for it. He thought it was a crime to modify an early 750. He's coming around though. I'm also going to try and bring my bike too, but it depends on trailer space.
Anyway, I'll see y'all there!

I would love to make it and meet some of my DTT family, but it is sad that I will be in Cali that weekend. I live in Alabama and have never been to this event. I have been to the track, however the museum was closed while I was there :-\. I will definatly try to schedule 2010 though.

Will DTT be selling any merchandice there? I may have Alex pick me up some goodies if so!

I'll be there, all three days. I live 10 minutes from Barber. I'm stoked. Look for the big bearded guy with lots of tattoos and a khaki DTT shirt on. please say hi, I can't wait to meet y'all!!!

Finalized my plans. I'll be there most of the day on Sat. I'll be the guy with the red beard (no tattoos) and my DTT mechanics shirt on.

Looking fwd to seeing some racing and seeing some cool bikes.

Mike
