Is this actually true??? They're actually going to build special lanes on the highways just so stupid people can do what they do? Sounds kinda dumb to put that money into building the roads just to loose revenue from not being able to ticket the usual offenders.

The Onion. Man they're articles are so believable. Beside those lanes already exist. Its the far left lane where any idiot that is doing 110 kmh thinks they belong there, even though traffic is cruising at a mild 140.
