Finally got my sportster in for its final dyno tune following break in. With just the RSD pipe and the air cleaner, this lil' sucker is pushing 77's--77 horsepower and 77 ft/lbs torque! That's up from stock 61 hp and 66 torque. Not bad for some bolt on mods. Very sweet combo!

We should all be so lucky as that A/F line...

What tuner are you running? You have the SE stage I air cleaner under that stock housing or do you have a different air cleaner now? Just got mine dynoed last weekend to check my A/F after doing pipe, A/C & EJK tuner.

It's an SE stage one with the Roland Sands 2-1 track pipe. All tuned through an SE Super Tuner. It is a badass combo!

How'd yours come out after the tune?

I think mine did good considering I did the tune just by riding and adjusting as I go. The tuner I have has live adjustments so you can do it on the fly. I ended up with 74.4 hp & the 75 tq which isn't too bad considering I have short shots which don't make as good of power as a 2 into 1 like your running. I just took mine in because they had a $30 dyno run day last Saturday. The red & blue lines are with my Outerswear & without, it made 3.5 more hp without the Outerswear. It also had a screen at the throttle body on my A/C and he didn't have time to pull that off, he said the screen is a bigger drop in hp than the outerswear. I pulled the screen off as soon as I got home to eliminate that drop in power.

I have 'a portion' of 07 Sporty 1200 that got gooched in the front end. I bought the frame, engine, pipes, harness etc all still assembled. Not sure what I'll do with it but I did verify that it runs ok. I might try looking for some Buell guts for the lump and build a hotrod....we'll see.

You could strap your avatar on it and its be a hot rod!

I'm actually really impressed with the sportster combo. It is the perfect run around bike--really good acceleration, good brakes, and fun handling. There is not a lot that I really feel like I have to do to this one, unlike my other bikes.

My original plan was to put on clip ons and lower the headlight, but this has become my wife's bike, and she likes the riding position as it is...so the stock bars stay. :-\

I didn't know the Sporty was making that kind of horsepower these days. That's pretty awesome. Love that flat torque curve.
