Ebay 40 spoke Rims

Hey, can anyone give me an idea on weather these rims can work for me. I have a set of 40 spoke hubs for my '81 CB750 but I have never build a set of wheels before.

In my mind if a rim has 40 holes and a hub has 40 holes then they should work, anyone tell me weather or not Im right?

Also, I think I may run 120/70R19's on them. Im not too sure about the setup so some knowledge here will be most appreciated.

Heres the Ebay link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/02305D-TWO-chrome-19-40-spoke-wheel-rims-Indian-Harley-Sportster-Scout-FXR-XL-/221124076093?hash=item337c05a23d&item=221124076093&pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr

The holes for the spokes will be at different angles depending on the size of hub you're running - i.e. small spool hub for disk brake vs the large drum rear hub.

You'd also likely have to get custom spokes made by Buchanan's - figure $100 per wheel for that.

Ask the seller if either of the rims is drilled for a drum brake hub - it sounds like he knows what he's doing.

They are relatively new rims, MT style is 1979 ish
Yes, you can fit 120 tyres on them, (you can go 130, if you can find a tyre?)
Spoke angle isn't too critical with steel rims of that type, just use 'metric' nipples (they are smaller diameter than HD ones)

Well damn, he put the wheels on sale today. 50% off. Guess I have to get them now. I figure I can make them work somehow, if I have to use Harley hubs I will. Wanted to go rear disc anyways. I could always re-sell and recoup a portion of the money later. From what you guys have said so far I think they will work.
