Ebay CL/CB350 seat

Has anybody used the brat seats from Ebay (china)? I was going to make a seat, but I like the look of these and they seem like a mostly plug and play solution. Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

Word of advice: cheap Chinese knockoff parts NEVER work out. I've burnt myself too many times with the cheap alternatives on eBay. While I've never bought one of those, I can say with all certainty, you pay for what you get.


On an unrelated note, if you do buy one of those, let us know how it fits!

Yeah, I'm always cautious about parts like these. I have $80 to burn though and if it works out then it works out, all the better for me If I have to do some modifications, I'm alright with that. I'm much more comfortable with fab work than upholstery!

Be prepared to cut the frame, and shave all the tabs.

Thanks, yeah I've already detabbed the top of the bike and was planning on shortening the frame. One the seat gets in I'll detail where I make my cuts.
