After 2 1/2 years of fiddling, grinding, beating ................ it's done and out on the road for various tweaking to get ready for summer & heading straight for the

North Cascades Hiway

I'll get some action shots soon. On;y about 200 km since I fired it up. Still ironing out a few defugalties.

Guzzis are after all, glorified ditch pumps, but they do have a certain charm.

Oh ........ lots of it is riveted together because my welding is dreadful.

A certain charm, which you have made very nice!

Beautiful work.

The only thing I don't like about sport fairings is you have to make the mounts yourself. (BTDT)

Beautiful bike!!!

I noticed the rivets immediately. Are you an A&P?

Love the avatar too.

That's amazing! One day, I too will own a Guzzi.

Let's see some close-ups of the exhaust silencer. I looks like there is some cool fabrication going on back there.

Used too twist wrenches on various airplanes, mostly sheet metal and electrical. Now flog the unit below back and forth from Vancouver to Vancouver Island.

Whoa!!

Awesome paint! And the dash is insane!!

underneath the instrument pod is the Valentine 1 radar detector, Cheetah M25 "Rider" laser jammer and wireless heads-up display transmitter.

Speeding tickets are brutal expensive in BC.

Here's the info on the laser jammer / radar detector interface and the heads-up display. I can't say how well it works yet with only a couple hundred km. on the bike so far. The road tests I've read about it give positive results.

The fairing is from Airtech in Calif. & screen from Gustafsson Plastics
