Escarpment Rides

I started thinking - - this is a great resource that we are all part of, vast ammounts of knowledge and a huge variety of people all involved in a common hobby / passion / lifestyle / stress reliver.. So at that i'll organise... roll call gentlemen ( ladies? ) who is around hamilton / grimbsy / stoney creek / cambridge / guelph / burlington and who wants to go for a ride. I'm open weekends and weeknights, suggest a time / place and i'll be there...

Sunday (march 18) is looking good... whos up for it? ... I know a bunch of Dundas escarpment roads that would make for a good hour ride, tim hortons at start / finish.. Start point will be timmies / wendys at clappison corners... say 2 ish?

I'm game but I don't have the bike back together yet. Soon though. Need a new fuel line and to recover the seat. Up here near Mohawk College; will keep this ride in mind.

that sounds good to me as well, but as mentioned before my bike is still close but no cigar... my seat and tank should both be ready next weekend ( hopefully) so i'll keep checking back... np

2's a bit late for me. I'm used to stands up by 8:30. In any event the G15's waiting on clutch parts. I'll check here for other rides regularly and will be out soon. Cheers.

So we have a few interested parties, good stuff... Mid march is fairly optimistic for group rides in hindsight, but anyone feel free to suggest a date / time. I'd be up for some Sunday morning breakfast runs too..

That's a great place to ride for sure. We started the "DTT West End Boyz" a few years ago and did a weekly ride out from Mississauga over to the escarpment and back again on Tuesday evenings. The enthusiasm has waned a little the last season or so, but there are quite a number of active riders out this way. Weekends are tough for me personally, but I'll keep this in mind! 8)

Oh, we're not exclusively Boyz. We've had a few ladies ride with us too! ;D (and no, I'm not referring to Intrudin!)

Ya, I was on the road, just a little late!! It was July!!!
