Exhaust schooling....

Hey all, I want to quiet these down a bit....they sound good but I dont like drawing attention. They are 4into1 pipe...nothing in there at all. Is there a good read on quieting exhaust, or anyone got any thought on what I could do? Thanks..

You can get baffles like rossmick said and also make one. Lots of folks here have doen it with some pipe and baffle packing.

Also if that is a 2” / 51mm outlet then there are a lot of aftermarket slip on silencers you could add.

I have a MAC muffler that might fit. It should be pretty quiet and it has never been on a bike. What is the OD of that pipe?

usually a name would be stamped or a plate on the side near the outlet or maybe on one of the header pipes.

2.5" is way large and it's probably a copy of the Yoshimura design/style so there should be a baffle inside that secondary pipe. It's much larger than most mufflers or secondary pipes. I'd guess it was a pipe from Carpy but I have no idea who made them for him.. I think he had a couple of different manufacturers in the past.

I checked his website and I didn't see a straight tailpipe but did find a baffle
