Back when I was a kid, I had a really nice little 1978 KZ200 that I loved to take out in the snow and slide around all over my grandpa's field. Then in the spring, it would turn into a dirt bike as I blasted around the same field in the mud.
(Poor bike!) These days, most of my winter adventures involve trying a beer that I've never had before.
