Feeling good. This has been a long time coming.

Kanticoy

Mad Science!
DTT BOTM WINNER
So I have had every issue under the sun tuning a hot rodded CB360 known as Gretta. As some of you know, like at the previous Barber's, she rears her ugly head and does something foolish every time I try to go for a ride. Long story short, I have spent days on end getting her tuned. Turns out, 15* advanced on the ignition timing suits the megacycle cam, and well...she is mean. Very mean. And I love it. Running very well, and there will be some changes for you guys when you get here for Barber's, but for now...we went on a ride or 20. And here are some shots from today during our stroll in the woods. Just wanted to share!!!

Thanks Desmo. The build thread, as long and arduous as it is....

And her first incarnation was nominated way back in....April 2010? Man, lots of trials and tribulations since then.

Desmo, Gretta is one of the "old" builds here. Definitely won BOTM the moment Kanticoy called her "finished". Oops - beat me to it. I'm posting that anyway.

I've said it before Kiley - love the scoot. Glad to hear you've got her tuned in, and can't wait to see her in October.

Thanks Doug and Rich. She can't wait to ride with the Zook's either. She was jealous in years passed...

I'm pretty new here, and I've never seen that bike. Wow! So much good stuff on DTT! I swear, I see the most inspirational bikes on this site. Something new everyday it seems. That sir is one nice ass bike!

Very nice and well done bike. Am I correct that you are not running a battery? I noticed what appears to be a kill switch on the head light body. I am planning a similar system on my build, if my guess is correct. Milo

No words man can summon could describe the emotions that this relic of sheer beauty and magnitude produces within ones very body and soul. It is a creation that stands above the lowly ground that mere mortal bikes exist.

Well done sir. I'll see you and your steed at Barbers.

Autotek, correct that there is no battery, but the switch on the headlight is for the....headlight! Haha, the kill switch is hidden. Raptor, it does have some nods to the steampunk genre without going over the top. Ronnie, you're a poet sir! Thanks for the compliments. And we will certainly see you there! And redneck, thanks man, I enjoy photography, although compared to some here, I am an amateur.

Thanks all for the compliments.

Amazing man, you never cease to impress. Thanks for providing the site with such inspiration and display of craftsmanship.

Thanks legendary and deacon. That's the reason i post up. I have been impressed and inspired by all of you guys for so long, I can only hope to give a little back. And Justin, just soon with her when you're done. She is sensitive. And by the way....enough of this "if I make it" stuff....you will make it sir.

Love the leather tack seat and tank strap and the little pouch on the swing arm. Nice touches- Beautiful color combo too. Hard to find words to describe it :)

Thanks buckeye. The tool bag is a new addition. It holds the OEM tool kit that came with the bike. I an building a new front wheel for her right now. Think cbr600 rotor, wr250 brembo caliper, and alloy hoop....hopefully done by barbers.

Mad science bitches!
