Fiberglass modifications and bodywork

That was really good! Awesome! Thanks for that!

Oh, and the seat you just did looks way better than the bigger one. Good job!

Thanks, and you are welcome. And it will look nice on the smaller bikes, the big one isn't bad with the bigger bikes.

Nice one Moo. At least it lets me know that it takes you as much work as it does me. I was starting to worry that I was missing something. I was - patience.

It does take time, and patience. If things had been in a little better alignment, there would have been a lot less work.

I have just seen too much really crappy bodywork through my many years......lol, and most of it was just from not knowing how to do it. And also some guys don't think about modding fiberglass parts, to get them just right for their project. So I hope this will help out........

Most seats I have used over the years, I have had to make wider or slimmer or in one case, longer to make them work. http://pinkpossum.com/GT750/phattrakka2/p8seat.htm

On that bike I tried all sorts of flat side plates and they all looked wrong so ended up with stock side covers moved forward 2 inches and about 1.5" narrower each side. Now I have to finish them off and take a mold to make them out of F'glass or C/F when it gets warmer.

Very nice work Teaser! Just takes a bit of thought, and you have something custom.
