First bobbish project, whatcha think?

Hey guys, first off amazing site, some great stuff here. Well here she is, my first bike like this. I bought it off a guy as you see it. Now I dont intend on dumping much money into this and want to keep this a simple project to give me inspiration on future ones. Im getting the tank painted now and touching up my frame, losing the airbox and kickstand and most of the exhaust. What I want are shocks for the rear that keep somewhat my stance I have now, I like the way it sits. I want some ideas for mounting the battery and electrical cleanly and also a seat idea that would flow well but be a bit more comfy than the pancake I have now haha. Any tips will be appreciated, thanks guys.

I sort of get what you're saying, maybe using like half a board to shape some foam around. Id be interested in seeing, if possible, what you are getting at.

Well on the seat, no. But the rest of the bike, yes. I have a build thread under bob and chops projects "clean simple cb" but here's a few pics anyways.
