Hey guys, here is my first project a 1980 Kawa Kz500 brought for a very cheap price.
WM inspire me a lot but the final porject would be more rough and raw, so the first step was chopping everything was pointless and cleaning all.
Secondo step paint the frame , wheels , engine almost everything...
Hope u like it as first project.

yea u right the bike was in a very very good shape driven only in the past few years by a 70years old man.
have on only 6k miles...
i think we can finish in the next 2 weeks..
stay tune guys..

so the engine was all rebuild clean and powdercoated, same for the carbs .
plus some pretty new cone filter..
i am very happy for the result so far...
enjoy.

Yup, the frame is indeed killer. Feels nice to toss the engine back in huh?

yea feel like first time fuck.. :D
i am going to paint some stripes on the tank what s ur suggest for the colour?
i was suppose to go with same green as the frame and thiner black lines.
what ya think?

Are you keeping the tank white? (and if so, what else is going to be white, if anything) I think a thick green and thin black might look great as you tie the frame and engine into the tank a bit.

true KAW colors man ! had a old kaw 175 enduro those colors i like it !

Oh man, thats a tough decision really...The white sets it apart, black is clean looking, but low key. And a green tank might be TOO much green and the frame might not get noticed for its interesting color. Good thing I'm no help huh?

MAn, I like where those forks are right now! maybe like a 1-2" Raise for a bit more function and I'd be set.
Anyway, I like the feeling of dragging my stomach on the ground... haha
Low and slightly stiff
I wish Honda made more frames with straight round tubing... that frame looks fun to build off of.

I got some news, well the saddle is done,we cover up the battery with that small black box under the saddle.
So we have almost finish, need to wire the electrics tune the carbs, and waiting for the tank from the painter..
