Best thing todo is take the fork lower and put it in a pot of boiling water upside down. Two minutes should do it then pry em out with the backend of a hammer.
Would be a good idea to put a rag in between your hammer and fork
Whenever I do it this way they just come right out - no cursing.
Mine werent a problem.
I just pushed the fork arm all the way into the bottom, and once the circles were removed I just yanked and they came right apart.
On seals in the past Ive run a small drill bit into the seal and then a long screw into the hole where the bit drilled in.
Then just grab the screw with pliers and pull the seal out.
Sound like it work on these seals too?
