Just picked up a Virago myself, I'll be watching this.

Sorry I havn't put an update up in a while, I ran into some decisions I had to make...

I managed to get these two bikes for free and have decided to drop the virago build and focus on something a bit simpler. (anyone want a virago haha?) So at this point I'll be shifting focus to these guys and doing a true ground up build.

it's gonna cost you a great deal of money to build up that 360 would be more cost effective to prob get one that was a little neglected not regurgitated by the lockness monster.

I would probably part out the two bikes and use the $ to fund the virago build. Hope you keep us in the loop with whatever you do!

well...a crazy turn of events...got an offer on the virago and found another project within a week. found this kz650 for $600. I've ended up making money on these bikes somehow haha. Guess I'm back to the original plan...

Dang it I can't find viragos for cheap in my area and this guy gets to find one strip it and make money, it's cool though, I have yet to even make a build thread so can't say much. Best of luck with the others.
