Here is a dropbox link to a C++ file and a small windows exe program.
Program takes as input:
initial fork length
wheelbase
offset
front and rear wheel diameters
castor angle from the original bike.
the new wheel sizes
new fork length
and offset
it then gives you the new castor angle, wheelbase, as well as the initial and final trail.

Forks at the top, or lifted 1.5 inches through the triples.
