Been Around the Block
I've decided to sell my K2. It runs great but it's no fun to ride here at the beach and it just sits in the garage. It has less than 5k total miles. Asking $5,000 (obo). Shipping would be roughly $500, that's how I got it to me. It's been dropped once, the very first time I got it started I took it out to see how it ran (on 40 year old tires). Came up to a stop sign, tried to turn left, tires wouldn't lean at all and I had to either lay it down or ride into a ditch. Other than that it's never been in an accident. I have a box full of all the original parts that can go with it, they're all in great condition for the age.

Located in Pawleys Island, SC. I don't have any way of delivering it so you'll have to come to me or have it shipped.

It rides great and is a looker.

It doesn't need anything, but what I would recommend doing is:
- A lower triple tree with adjustable bump stops to keep the clip-ons from hitting the tank (or a new upper triple and clubman bar setup)
- Front fender if that's your thing.
- The original tins are in "ok" shape, I'd call them a 7/10. I can post more pictures if need be.

My winter plans this year was to replace the seals on the forks, clean the carbs, and install a new upper/lower triple combo with clubman bars to improve the ride position.

Price is OBO.

Thanks! I really hate to get rid of it, but anyone who has been to Myrtle Beach knows how awful it is here for riding. Nothing but flat, straight roads full of tourists and unbearable heat/humidity. I finally realized that I just don't have any fun riding here and we probably won't be moving for a few years, so maybe someone else can enjoy it more than I can. We just had a kid and I could put the money towards a lot better things than a nice bike that never gets ridden. I'll buy another old bike after we move somewhere better.

Well the kid and all is good enough reason, but that ain't no canyon carver lol. I was a teenager in Floriduh and loved riding A1A and hanging at the beach on my ole RD

Hope all the drivel brings some attention to your sale ;)
