too many projects

I have a 2003 Suzuki sv650s i am looking to sell. It has a few mods done to it and runs great. Currently has 91xx miles. The suspension was recently upgraded and it made a HUGE difference. The bike used to be all over the highway, very unstable and sketchy. After new upgraded, adjustable shocks its as smooth as a Cadillac. Night and day difference. The bike has never been to the track and is always garage kept. This is a killer bike but I've kind of lost interest. Sport bikes aren't really my thing. (nor does my back appreciate it)
I am looking to sell/trade this to get:
-a different motorcycle(s) -interested in 70's japanese bikes, sportsters, bmw's, triumphs, old british bikes, bad ass motorcycle engine, project bikes (with title)
-a tig welder (high quality-will consider a mig too)
-metal working tools - english wheel, planishing hammer, bead roller, metal brake/bender, tube bender, lathe etc
-motorcycle lift
-airbrush setup
-ranger/b2500 pickup cap (pref black)
The bike is listed locally, I reserve the right to end this ad early. I currently ride the bike everyday and the mileage will be going up until it is sold. I will update the mileage as it increases and will update if there is any change in condition. The bike is described to the best of my ability. If you have any questions please ask.

-oem forks upgraded w 1.0 racetech and set up by thermosman (good for 185-200lbs) (~$500)
-new zx-14 rear shock (~$100)
-took reflectors and some decals off
-bar end mirrors (~$30)
-new grips (~$30)
-scorpion slip on (converted to shorty) (~$400)
-adjustable racing levers (~$40)
-k&n air filter (~$40)
-smoked windshield (~$50)
-custom tag bracket
-blue halogen headlight bulbs
-de-snorkled (still have it)
recent work:
2 new pirelli diablo rosso corsa tires (~$300)
new filter/oil change
new battery (in may)
spark plugs
coolant flush
new suspension
known issues: (for complete transparency)
a few minor scratches on the paint. the original owners mother knocked the bike over backing up. (see pics for details)
passenger seat has small rip on the bottom edge where it almost contacts the fairing (barely visible)
rear seat lock/under seat compartment uses a different key than the ignition (lock cylinder was lost but replaced with one off another model)
missing one fairing bolt
I will include any sv650 parts i have with the auction.
no joy rides.. if your interested bring cash to test it out. you break it you bought it.
$2800 cash
would entertain up to $800 in trade + $2000 cash
