Market is stellar. I haven't seen many under $6K, and they all sell fairly quick.

I've been considering it. My reserve was set at $4,000. But I wasn't really sure what it'd go for in its current condition. I may try again. But I'm also considering taking the time to fully restore it and then attempt to sell it again for more.
