Whats going on with everyone? Any new builds or projects planned for winter?

Sadly I've got no shop, so winter means all bike projects on hold. Right now got my seat out for upholstery. Starting to finish up everything that absolutely must be done before storage. :-\

Getting tough to get decent weather to paint!

I'll be working on my XV750. Can't decide if I want to get really ambitions and get the T500 in my garage to get started on it over the winter.

I'm hitting ebay hard, selling & buying, collecting parts for this winters bobber build. This weather suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks!

Thinking about doing my 550 as a bobber over the winter. Would like to weld in a hardtail, but, I cant weld. The750s gonna get painted & i plan to finally get my wheels together! Oh, and Im swapping on a GL front end.

I took my '71 Norton Commando to the basement and already have it completely torn down, I'm going to do a build thread in the www.accessnorton.com forum as it won't be cafed, one Norton cafe is enough. Though I am going to look at a pair of Honda 350s tomorro and most likely will get them, the seller wants them out of the garage, the ol' lady likes a medium cafed bike so maybe I'll post that build here.

Well I got them, a pair of CL350s, a '68(blue) and '72 (red)
Wish me luck trying to get one of these(the '72) and my '71 Norton Commando finished by spring ;D

GL1000 frontend swap a success! Gonna redo the front wheel over the winter, got an aluminum rear to match. The double disc brakes are great. Wanna get them drilled this winter too. Anyone in MI do that? I was thinking of picking up a drill press & doing them myself, but not sure yet.

Project #1: I picked up a '73 Ironhead a couple weeks back that I'm gonna cafe, bob, or fighter. Haven't decided yet.

Project #2: My Legend <--- over there will be getting a single sided swingarm and wheels off of a Daytona 955i.
