Giant Swap meet @ IX

Coast to Coast
Found an add for "Giant Motorcycle Swap meet" at the IX cenetr in Cleveland on March 15. Add was in Walnecks. The company, www.motorcycleswap.com looks OK. Funny, I haven't seen or heard anything locally about it. Any one going? I think it's like $10 at the door, and they'll probably want the usual $8 to park. Kind of steep just to go picking through parts. That said, I'll probably hit it anyway. ;D

I'll probably check this out, just to do it :)

I went to the one recently in Canton at the Stark county fairgrounds. There wasn't anything useful unless you needed a set of chaps, or any used parts for a harley. I would say 75% of the vendors were either leather goods, or stickers such as "if you can read this the B*$ch fell off". Not really anything I need!

Is anyone going to this? Or will it basically be row after row of vendors selling ass-less chaps and leather sex vests? Will there be anything related to Japanese or Brit bikes?

I went. Baldamish nailed it. If you needed a new Village people out fit or some old stock parts for your AMF Hardly, this was the place. I was surprised at how many vendors they had for a first time, and of course the bike nighters showed up by the droves, nothing like squeezing through crowds of bud-burping old timers and their leathered up biker hags. Don't think it was quite worth the $8 parking and $10 entrance.
