Been Around the Block
Im about to start putting my bike back together this weekend and I need to grease up a few parts before I do that, such as the drive shaft (shaftie), universal joint, front and rear axle. Whats a good grease to use and where can i get it from? thanks!!

Any high temp wheel bearing grease will be fine.
Can be found anywhere, including bearing shops. ie CBC - SKF etc. (I'm in Aus)

Cheers.

Yep - I'm with Cibby ^^^^

I've had a tub of high temp bearing grease for a few years now - pretty much use it on everything....well.....within reason ::)

No more wheel bearing grease for me!! No more white grease either!!! I now use this blue, waterproof grease made by Maxima especially for motorcycles. Nice, light, sticky stuff! You'll love it the first time you use it! I paid 8 bucks for a can of it, and it has lasted a long time, as you really don't use that much of it, as a little goes a long way! The stuff has saved me money on bearings for my dirtbikes that's for sure!! You should be able to get the Maxima grease at a local bike shop.
