Hey All,

Greetings from Michigan.

Cut my teeth way back when on my dads 76 CB750 four....

Graduated through dirt bikes etc...up to a Katana....then a TL1000R.....

Former motorcycle shop manager.

Family came along and the wife read me the riot act. So... I got out of the scene and bikes a few years ago...

Been getting the itch again lately and the wife gave the thumbs up to get something "mild"

As luck would have it a buddy has a few bikes hanging around inside an old warehouse and he's looking to liquidate as he's in his late 60's and is never going to be able to get all of them...so he let me have my pick..

Got this 72 BMW R60/5 for a song:

As you can see it has "issues" so I figured it's a perfect base for a tracker conversion ALA:

Then, as luck (or karma ?) would have it..literally a week later...I stumbled upon a 1970 CB100 for...like....almost nothin' :

Again...a tracker conversion..with an XR200 motor (still have all my bike shop contacts :D )

So, that's how they sit...will post pics as they go along..
