GT185 refuses to start.

Like the title says, my GT185 will not start. I had to redo my electrical when I got the bike, everything is functional and grounded properly. The original electric start on the bike is no longer functional, however, when I press the start button on the switch I can hear a clicking noise. The bike kicks over with ease and the spark plugs are new. The battery is also fully charged. I also cleaned the carbs not too long ago.

I'm kind of at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

fuel in bowls?
plugs getting wet?
on those mikunis do not touch the throttle when the enricheners are engaged,at least until it starts
they wont do any good if you are yanking the throttle

well it appears i'm lacking spark!

Charged the battery this morning. Now I'm getting spark on my right side plug.

get a couple sets of new plugs
set ignition points and timing
once you get it running do a compression test
how many miles on it ? how fresh is it ?
