Had to use a VERY LOUD voice this morning....

Went out for coffee with my wife and kids but I decided to meet them there after a ride. Took my first sip of coffee, looked up and an old dude was backing into my spot

I bolted for the door and yelled over, he was still pushing it across and to the back of the spot. I finally got him to stop just before he pinned it against the curb at the back of the slip.

"OH! I heard something but didn't see it."

He felt bad but I was really hot so I let him have it. Luckily (I have no idea how) the bike didn't fall over despite being pushed quite far. My glove ripped after being pinned and dragged under the stand, helmet has a mark from hitting the ground and I have a 4 inch long buffable mark on my fork.

All in all, no big deal. Thank God!!

Bike was in gear, maybe that had something to do with the save? I don't know.

I agree he should at least buy you some gloves. People just dont pay attention now days to busy worrying about what they have going on and no one else.

I must admit... I've worried about that very thing happening to me.

I also agree that the offender should pony up for the gloves.
