I'm new here and just wanted to say hello. I got my first bike, a mostly original '74 CB360, about 9 months ago. I don't know what I'm going to do with it yet, but from what I've seen, this place is full of inspiration.
Chris - you'll find a lot of our members down in your area. A bunch of us got together last October at Barbers - hoping to repeat this year and maybe we'll see you there.
Welcome fellow birminghamian. I live out in clay. I just signed on a few months back. Love the site. I'm in the middle of deciding which direction I'm headed with my 360. Got side lined a few weeks ago with knee surgery.
Tim, I am planning on being there so I'll be looking for you all. I almost came last year without the bike just to check it out; looked like a pretty awesome thing.
Golf, it's great to hear from a neighbor. I have actually been riding around in Trussville on Queenstown road a lot; my bike is being garaged in Tville. I'm sorry to hear about the knee injury, but maybe when you're up to it we could get a quick ride in some time. I like your bike; I think I've seen you on some other local forums. It looks good; if you ever want any extra wrenching hands, let me know.
Anytime Wavyspike. My wife and I have been members of the Southern Crusiers for the last ten years. We are best known for our matching Red ZRX's. WE are always at the Vintage races at Barbers and we have purchased at least 6000 cheeseburgers at 29 Dreams Motorcycle resort. LOL Hated to see them close.
Welcome. I haven't been posting here much, because I haven't had a project bike or anything. But I visit here from time to time. I would be interested to get some local folks up for a ride. Maybe up to Litttle River Canyon or somethign like that.
Sorry I haven't responded in a while. I'd love to go for a ride with some local folks, but I'm bikeless for the moment. When I get it back from the shop, I'm game.
