Hi all, Just thought i would introduce myself. My Name is Richard (D.T.T. id Birchy ) I have had my Ace 125 for a year now and mainly use it to commute to work and back, in good weather, which is 45 miles a day and it does the job OK. I have done the usual mods such as the ooracing 303 tune up kit ( i have not used the 34 tooth rear sprocket) fork upgrade, 1 tooth bigger front sprocket and a pattern Honda CG 125 exhaust from David Silvers which was a lot cheaper than other exhausts advertised but it was quite awkward to fit around the front part of the frame and i had to make my own bracket for the silencer but the bike sounds lovely and runs a lot better than when standard. Hope you continue to have as much fun with your Aces as i have had so far with mine.

Regards Birchy.

Good to have you aboard Birchy!

Post some pictures if you get the chance, we all like to see each others mods. I think you are probably the first to fit a CG exhaust.

Thanks for your welcome Crazy. I will take some 'photos of my bike in the next few days and then get them posted on the site so you can see what the CG zorst looks like.

I am glad you like the zorst crazy. Whilst i think of it something else that improved the general running of the bike was a sort out of the standard air filter. When i checked it out for the first time it did not appear to have any oil on it so i gave it a good clean up and then bought some proper air filter oil and oiled it as per the instructions on the tin and put it back in and the improvement in the running of the bike was noticeable. I think it has richened the mixture a bit more. Just thought i would mention this as it may be helpfull to newer owners who have not checked their air filters out yet.
