Hi! I'm beginning to disassemble my engine (CM250) and would like to have some help to diagnose the carbon deposit on the valves and pistons.
I'm guessing some oil is leaking through one of the left side valves (right picture) cause the deposit seems to be thicker than the other side and a bit "oily" (forget about the oil dip you see on the right, it came from the disassembly porcess). The bike was also burning some oil, but not smoking.
Even after a valve adjustment last summer, there was still a small tick tick coming from this side of the engine. Could it be caused by a bent valve?
And why are those exhaust valves so brown??
Thank you!
