that looks like a one off part. wanna try your hand at welding stainless sheet? dont you have a 4stroke bike?. expansion chamber exhausts can have wierd results on four strokes from what Ive been told, not that Ive tried though. Could be great.

Its a bike done by Gravel Crew, so maybe contact them or google them a bit. http://www.8negro.com/2011/06/yamaha-dt250-by-gravel-crew.html

That chamber would be as noisy al hell while the velo stack would suck dust and dirt from the back wheel and kill the crank and piston in no time flat

I don't know - it doesn't look like it sees much dirt ::)

I recently saw an episode of Cafe Racer and Yoshi hand made an exhaust very similar to that pictured. I believe this looks hand made as well.

oops, for some reason I was thinking you were a 360 guy, it seems like there are a lot of 360s being done. Im just wondering if thats polished stainless or chomed. It is pretty though. I saw the same show with yoshi. they were going on and on about how hard it is. if you understand what chamber size you need and all that (which I dont...btw) just mock it up with poster paper and tape. then break it down and redo it in sheet....couldnt be that hard right (cough....laugh)

well seeing that i live in an apartment and i dont have a welder, im now wondering what kind of down pipe will fit it...

My old RD400 has 2 pipes on it just like that. They called it a Bladder pipe, but I dont remember what brand it was.

That's a really lovely piece of work. It looks like stainless to me, and as somebody else has said.....it's going to be noisy as there appears to be no baffle.
We specialise in making polished stainless chambers for the Suzuki 500 twin, and welding stainless is not at all easy.
My guess is that it's a one off pipe, and you will be lucky to find another.
