Help with ID

I was under my house tonight and found or refound a Honda engine and was wondering if anybody could help me figure out what it is. The serial number on the case is F7E14637. What I found odd was that it has dual spark plugs and a single cylinder. I'm just curious what it came out of.

I've seen that before on a yamaha enduro bike from the early 70's, probably 2 stroke? I think they reignited the "back pressure" for lack of a better term as I don't know what I'm talking about.
