Help with tank bung

So I cut out my original filler neck in order to have a more flush cap. Trouble is... I can't seem to find a bung that will fill a 2.25" hole anywhere.

Any ideas? This is seriously holding up my project.

buy the flush mount cap you want and a tank it fits in...Or cut a Bung hole the size you need in sheet steel and weld a pipe in there, Fab it onto the tank and try your Cap....

Find a junk tank with a flush mount cap. Cut that cap out, and weld it into your tank. Or find a machinist.
