Also the assumption that were gonna hate on somebody whos new to bikes and ridicule them really annoys me. I dont think DTT is that kinda site. Sure they might get snarled at for asking questions google could've answered but c'mon, we all started somewhere.

I have asked some questions that I could have got the answers for via google. The reasons why I ask certain questions on here rather than just googling it, is because I have seen the work and the knowledge that certain people have on this site. I would much rather get an answer from someone whos work I have seen and is validated to me rather than simply googling it and taking a chance. Now that being said there are some questions that are not critical and some that are common sense and when googled every reply is the same which would lead me to believe the googled result is correct.

This could be some of the reasons that inexperienced people ask the questions here rather than just googling it. What I do a lot is utilize the search feature on here to try and find my answers but even that is hard to navigate at times.
