I am surprised no one has mentioned that fact he is wearing a helmet while doing a whopping 1 mile per hour on the grass in front of his house. My guess is, he is wearing it to conceal his face and thus embarrassment.....

I thought it was the rider saying "stop." Not sure which I find funnier, if its the rider directing the camera man or the director directing the rider.. Also I think the reason he rides it on the grass is because the bike is not plated so he doesn't want to illegally take it on the street, so instead the rides it on his tiny lawn.

edit: ok ya, after rewatching its def the director talking. The eastern european accent puts it over the top though..
