how to put a cafe seat on a set of curved frame rails?

my radian does not have straight framerails under the stock seat. since i have no access to a welder, what would you folks with the experience suggest i try to make one fit? thanks!

if you're looking to avoid metal work, fiberglass is always an option. and then you can cut the edges of the pan to follow your frame rails. There are a bunch of threads on here about how to make a fiberglass seat, here is a couple pics of mine:

this sucker needs a seat! need to find something that will fit the frame and actually look like it belongs there.
