How to reintall Timing chain on CB350twin. Help!

So I'm doing a head gasket on my CB350T, tore down the top end easy enough, but I'm having difficulty figuring out how to setup the timing chain.

First of all, the manual never states when to re-install the chain tensioner, at what point does this need to go back on? After I've got the sprocket bolted to the cam? Before?

The manual says to set the crank to the "LT" mark or the left cylinder at TDC, done, no problem. It then says to attach the sprocket to the camshaft when the T is pointing straight up. But at this point I can rotate the camshaft 180* and it will still bolt up. I assume it matters which way i have the camshaft rotated before bolting it to the sprocket? There are some marks on the camshaft, should it bolt to the sprocket with those pointing up? Or those pointing down?

Any help would be awesome.
Thanks!

Yeah, you want the T on the crankshaft pointing up like the manual says, because thatll mean that left cylinder is TDC on the compression stroke (valves closed), or at least im pretty sure thats the point (i dont have a 360 but its like that with most bikes). The other marks shouldnt matter since the T is only going to point up with with the cam in one position. If you try and line the marks up, most likely the T wont be pointing up. As a reference the T should be perfectly parallel to the head, forming a "T" shape of its own if you were to draw lines across the top of the head and straight down the center of the T mark.

Im pretty sure the cam chain tensioner goes in before the cam chain, but it shouldnt matter as long as you can get the chain onto the guides. Once its bolted up and the cam chain is riveted, with the engine still at TDC itll apply the correct pressure to the chain.

Again, i dont own a 360 but im assuming its fairly similar to most other bikes. If someone else wants to correct me, i wont get upset.

I think the LT has to be lined up with the mark, the cam has a notch that has to be pointed up and the cam sprocket line has to be lined up horizontal (cam sprocket line has to be on the top side). Then the two bolts that hold the cam sprocket on the cam should line up. But, the bolts are different. One has a shoulder, and one doesn't. Look to see which one goes on which side, I believe if you don't put those in the right holes, you can crack that cam sprocket. Sorry, I am not at home and don't have my notes in front of me, but if I remember right, thats what I did.
