Dropping a line. Hi from palmer alaska. Been wrenching and riding on old iron and aluminum since I could walk. Currently running a kh500 going on 8 years now.had many kz 650s an s3 an xs an rd lol. Plus a few im sure I forgot. I love a machine with some soul and a story. Two stroke tuning is an art to me Hahaha. Any one else on here in the mat-su? (Hipsters need not apply)
 
Welcome to the forum! I just spent two weeks in Alaska with my girlfriend hiking and it was nothing short of Amazing. You've got some great riding up there...as long as the damn moose get out of the way.
 
Man im happy you had a good time here. We got a lot of nice roads with plenty of twisties and not much traffic. I grew up here and was on the east coast in the Baltimore area for quite a while. Just moved back years ago. Not much of a rockabilly scene here but im trying to change that.
 
Yeah Man, I live in Eagle River down the road from you. Riding a KZ right now but trying to convince the CB750 Barn find it needs to go in my garage. Bunch of riders in the area, I met some old school guys at the Bear Paw in Eagle River last year. And of course everyone supposedly knows "Squeaks" who is a Kawasaki legand around here.

Is Eagle River just up/down the road from Anchorage? If so, we stayed there for 3 nights before moving on to Seward.
 
Eagle river is up the road from anc. Not far from me. Dude Gooch we gotta hang... I thought I was the only one... and you guys are kawi fans. Dont get better then that. ;D
 
Yeah man, riding season is over for me, keep blowing the headlight so I may be doing a bunch or re-wiring this year. Sent a Buddy request.
