I am new to the forum (Join date is 2-2008) I just found the forum and found out I have an account here. So I am making an intro. Did a search for CB200 because I am thinking of buying one at the moment. Just saw pictures of it and it is not what I was told so I might have to decline unless I can get it at a good deal. I have a friend who has a Triumph Thruxton 900cc who is really into the Cafe scene and I have seen a few great looking bikes. Right now I have a Buell Blast and if I get the honda, I will be making a Cafe/Rat style bike for my girlfriend (she is 5'5) and needs a shorter bike.
Pleasure to be on the forum and look forward to learning.
Mostly going to just be a project for my girlfriend and I to work on in our spare time.
We used to wrench on my sporty (86 1100) every saturday because that day it would break. and stay up saturday night until sunday morning to ride to breakfeast and then use it for work and break again saturday. So we want something to work on and this kinda just fell into my lap, will be picking it up tomorrow (Friday) I figure in a months time we should have the frame cleaned and painted, maybe powder coated. and the rims look salvagable.
For $70 you better buy it or Go! will find it and you'll never see that bike again! HA! Seriously though, thats a deal. If it has a title, its worth way more than that in parts. Keep us posted. I love the 200s.
Going to pick it up tomorrow, work half a day and will load it on my pickup after 2- (after lunch of course. bwahahaha)
Will try and get better shots of it to post.

No sir I am 8 hours south of Dallas in La Joya (Tip of texas basically) Picked up the bike for 50 dollars because of problem with title. (both parts are already signed) need to figure out how to fix it. Looked at the last address (original owner) and the address is no longer there (I dont understand it either)
Tearing it apart right now infront of the tv on the floor of my room. my girlfriends happy about it, need to build some struts.
