ID this tank

I was look at the Gus Kuhn tank on DCC, and then came across the above picture on google. Are they the same? Or is the one pictured an older tank?

That looks like a Rickman tank.

That SOHC isn't a Rickman tank though. It looks like either an original Kuhn tank or a replica.
