Identify this bike!

I saw this bike the other day under a tarp in someones driveway and decided to take some stealth photos to see if you guys could tell me what it is. I'm fairly certain it's a honda twin, maybe a 350?

Depending on the engine size I may knock on the door and inquire...

Click on the images for the UBER large versions.

Feel free to chime in!

I see you're in Canada. That's explains the different taillight. Also, I don't know if you guys got the CB250 up there like in Europe, but the motors look nearly identical.

In Canada the fork boots indicate a CL. possibly a 450, never saw a Canadian CL anything else.

Holy crap! I kinda walked away from this post after Yinzer posted but I'm glad I came back...so it could be a 350/175/450? Awesome. This house is only about 10 mins from my place and I definitely plan on approaching them about it. I'll keep you posted with my results.

Walk up acting like a kid on christmas and tell them you'll give them everything in your wallet for the bike and its what you've always wanted since you were a child.
Then pull out your wallet and see that you only have 50 bucks and look at whoever answers the door with big sad puppy dog eyes and then out your head down and look at your feet and start sobbing.

That should do it.

I'm going to guess CB175 with fork gators or a CL175 with CB exhaust.

More than likely a CB since the CL right peg and brake pedal would hit the CB exhaust.

Haha yeah that should work beautifully. I prefer the method of letting them explain to me what they think it's worth. People usually end up digging themselves a hole if you just let them keep talking.

Looks like a CB175. My dad has a blue one, 72 I believe. Looks like this one is blue also. The only thing that's throwing me off is the side stand. I think his only has a center stand like my 160. Didn't the CL's come with side stands? definitely not CL pipes though.

The pipes look like they're either a hack-job or they're from another bike, so they may not be a good indicator of model.

Pipes appear to have been hacked off or rusted off.

What did the owner say while we are all playing a guessing game?

I haven't made that trip yet. I'm going on pure speculation that it might be available to buy but it could go either way. Whether it's for sale or not I'll try to get a few photos to confirm the guesses.

Like everyone else on this forum, I don't like open ended threads.

I dropped by this house to ask about the bike, no one was home. I left a note in the front door with my phone number, we'll see how that pans out.

I did take a closer look at the bike (it's right outside in the driveway), it does look to be a bit beat up and it definitely needs some serious TLC but if the price is right I won't hesitate to pick it up.

I'll come back and update this if I get a call in the future.

Oh and ps. it is a 175.
