Ignition switch replacement

When I bought my cb360 the PO had lost the key, so instead of replacing the ignition switch I was planning on running a hidden toggle. What does the amp rating need to be? Or should I just use a standard automotive relay with the switch? (http://www.ebay.com/itm/10-PACK-12V-DC-30-40-AMP-SPDT-RELAYS-HEAVY-DUTY-RELAYS-30-40-AMP-RELAYS-/290765716814?pt=US_Relays_Sensors&hash=item43b2fcbd4e)

I was also thinking of using this, (http://www.amazon.com/LOGISYS-RM02-relay-remote-control/dp/B000PI9E4K/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1374075503&sr=8-9&keywords=12v+relay), but I'm not sure if 15A is high enough current rating. Does anyone know?

I go with a straight switch, though a relay and switch will work as well.
Choose something that can handle at least 15A and you'll be fine.

Most switch ratings are around 6A, so read the packaging carefully. Radio Shack sells some 50A switches that I use in the harnesses that I make.

Thanks sonreir! I'm planning on replacing the stock controls later down the line, so I'm guessing 15A is a good rule of thumb for all of the switches, including the starter button?

Nah... 6A is fine for all the others. Nothing on the bike should be drawing more than 4A unless you've made some changes.
