I'm going through all the tools I have - and I've come to realise that while I love having loads of tools I:
So I've come to the rather tough decision to pass on the Imperial tools, and concentrate on Metric. It's cheaper for me to do what I want to do with Rice Burners anyway - I can't afford to do what I want with classic Brit bikes. The Imperial tools came mainly from my uncle - there are tools going back a good 50 years, and while there's a lot of generic tool brands in there, there's a fair bit of Draper, Britool, Elora, etc. My uncle worked on everything from Minis up to HGVs (with his own Jag XJS RS-R special somewhere in the middle), and he didn't have time for tools that wouldn't do the job. I won't pretend they're immaculate, but they'll work, and not let you down.
So - is there any interest at all in picking up some Imperial measurement spanners and sockets? I'm happy horse trade for metric tools, as well as power tools. If you're interested, drop me a message or better still post here. I'm based in Cardiff if you want to come and have a look, I'm currently going through all the tools, giving them a clean and oil. I'll try and have photos in the next day or two.
In terms of cost - I'm STILL finding more Imperial bits and bobs - I'll try and do a full list asap - and I'll haggle happily. I'm not daft - I know some of the older, premium tools fetch good money, but I'd rather these were used (And I think so would my Uncle Terry, bless 'im).
Large quantity of Imperial spanners and sockets to go - ideally as a single transaction

- Don't NEED them
- really don't have the space for them
