Interchangeable Petcock Seal and Strainer? CB500T

So the Seal and Strainer that attaches to the Petcock in the tank is done, needs to be replace.

I have a 75 CB500T and I have only found the strainer and seal for sale as a special order but I have been told it could be up to 6 weeks for it to ship, I was wondering if anyone knew if the petcock size on a similar bike would work just as well??

I feel like this is a longshot, but who knows

Good luck finding any petcock related for that bike. I eventually just replaced my whole petcock with aftermarket stuff. The bung on the tank is an odd size that not much else seems to use.

O really, hmm, when im not on my phone ill try and fix them

I ended up finding a strainers for the 500t at the local honda dealer, should do the job

the original petcock is in the way of my new Mikuni 32 carburetors /
