There's the Dirty South group, which is likely the right one They're a rowdy bunch, some of which I've had the pleasure of meeting last October down at Barber's.
I just did the Atlanta Ride for Kids last Sunday. Started in Alpharetta, police escort to Dalonaga.. It was awesome! My first ride. I want to get into more! Really looking for some riding buddies. No one around my town likes the older bikes. I'm a live between Killer Creek Harley Davidson, and a Ferrari Dealership. Kinda lets you know what the environment around here. TON of Harley riders, they hardly wave..
If you're near Killer Creek HD, then you're darn close to all sorts of our members down that way. When I was down near Birmingham last Oct, we hung out at Kanticoy's place (Kiley) in Moody Alabama.
Check out the Dirty South section of the board as linked above, and make sure you put your location up on the Member Map to see who else is in your area.
I started a "looking for ridin buddies" thread in the east coast DTT, and Dirty south DTT areas.. I'll see what happens. Looks like there's a lot of guys around the area.. Just no one knows it..lol. I'm getting on this. Lingo and Jojah.. I'll send a message.
I will be moving to Rome Ga. in August. I have been hanging around with the DTT Triangle group up here in Raleigh NC so i'd to find some cool people to ride with once I move.
Wow Motorcycles in Marietta has an annual Japanese Vintage MC show in May. The show/swap meet is very cafe bike friendly. It's a good place to meet local riders with your same interests. WoW has MC seminars too, but I have never attended one so I don't have any idea if vintage riders attend or not. We have a house 20 miles west of Atlanta, but we are only there a couple of times a year.
